Jennifer L. Kruszewski
Jennifer L. Kruszewski joined the firm in May of 2006. A Vermonter by birth, but a Mainer at heart, Jennifer grew up in Windham, Maine and graduated from Catherine McAuley High School in Portland, Maine. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont. After serving as an AmeriCorps Member and the coordinator of an AmeriCorps program assisting elderly persons and adults with disabilities, Jennifer earned her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law, cum laude. Pursuing a passion for tax law, Jennifer earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association and is a board member and a past president of the Maine Estate Planning Council. Jennifer was named to the 2019 list of The Best Lawyers in America for the practice area of Trusts and Estates. She has achieved an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating with an endorsement for the highest ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell. Jennifer is a frequent speaker on estate planning, estate administration, charitable giving and other related topics. She currently lives in Portland, Maine with her husband, their daughter and their golden retriever.
