Due to the orders issued by the Governor of the State of Maine and the Mayor of the City of Portland, and to keep ourselves and our clients physically distant while remaining socially connected, we are currently only offering meetings via video conference or telephone. Our staff will be working remotely, from the safety of their homes. In addition, our firm, in connection with other trusts and estates attorneys in Maine, has been working on an executive order that would allow for notarization and witnessing of legal documents to be performed over video conferencing, followed by physical delivery of the documents to the notary.
